The end of your stay

When you leave the hospital, staff will present you with a patient satisfaction questionnaire.

This survey enables us to improve the services provided and conditions experienced by patients during their stay.  Thank you for taking the time to complete it and drop it off in the letter box in front of the admissions office.

If you want to complete the Patient Satisfaction Questionnaire, click on the button on the top right of this page.

Discharges are between 10.00 am and 12.00 noon each working day.

Once the doctor has authorised your discharge, you (or the person supporting you) must complete the following administrative procedures:

at the Discharge Office: pay the remaining fees not covered by your health insurance (accommodation fees, PAT/PAS, single room, telephone, television, additional fees). You will be handed a paid invoice and a certificate of presence.

  • If you have been prescribed and authorised to leave the hospital by ambulance, the department IDE will contact the certified company of your choice.
  • In the event of non-authorised departure, you must sign a discharge against medical advice certificate, absolving the Hospital of all responsibility.

Warning: If you are a minor, you cannot be discharged without a parent or guardian being present.
